The Presentation Package and the information presented shall be treated as secret and confidential and no part of it shall be disclosed to others, except as provided in the Confidentiality Agreement. The Presentation Package shall not be reproduced, duplicated, or revealed, in whole or in part, or used in any manner without the prior written permission of Franchise Sellers. Should there be no interest in the business as an acquisition, the Presentation Package and all information about the Company shall be promptly returned to Franchise Sellers.

 

FRANCHISE SELLERS’ ROLE

Franchise Sellers is acting as the Company’s exclusive advisor in the proposed transaction. Our fees are paid entirely by the seller. As such, all inquiries and follow-up must be coordinated through Franchise Sellers. No contact with the industry or the Company is permitted without the express written consent of Franchise Sellers and the Company’s shareholders. All purchaser visits will be arranged by Franchise Sellers and hosted jointly by representatives from Franchise Sellers and its client.
